1. Who is responsible

Almaty RW ("Almaty RW", "we") runs this website and is responsible for any personal data collected through it.

2. Information you give us

When you send an enquiry through the contact form or by email, we receive the details you choose to share: usually your name, work email, company or app name, and your message.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data and ask you not to include it in your message.

3. Information collected automatically

This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider records basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted on a rolling basis.

4. How we use it

Your enquiry is used for three things only: answering you, drafting an offer when you request one, and running the engagement should one follow. We never sell personal data or share it for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client correspondence stays on file for the length of the engagement plus whatever period accounting and tax rules demand.

6. Your choices

To receive a copy of your details, fix them or have them erased, email [email protected]. A response follows within 30 days.

7. Updates

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The “last updated” line shows the latest revision.
